How’d you get involved with the KO band: Kris and i became friends through mutual interests and friends in the seattle music scene. I had just gotten out of a band and kris emailed me and i asked him if he knew of any bands looking for a drummer.
How long have you been with the band: 3 years now i think?
Why do you do it: I love playing music its a long standing passion of mine. Its very theraputic and its great that i get to play in a band with guys that i really truly get along with on a personal level
Are you playing with any other bands: no just dont have time for it, one of these days though i will start a 90's cover band and take over the casino circuit.
What’s your day gig: I book bands at the Tractor Tavern in ballard
Outside interests? Are you a dog lover: What kinda question is that? have you seen my dog?
Tell us a memorable story from the road: Always plenty of good laughs but i do enjoy when we actually try to find somewhere to eat as a band, its always a bit of a challenge but always a good laugh as well.
What are you looking forward to the most with the band this coming year: getting out and playing live shows again
You’ve lived in the greater Seattle area for years, any tips on a great watering hole: well you asked the right person, being in the music biz and bar industry i have lots of favorite spots. im a big dive bar guy so i love places like the waterwheel lounge in ballard, baranof in greenwood lots of great breweries in ballard as well. if you want something fancy ask johnny
What kind of gear do you have for the live show: i wish i knew, its kinda just a mixed bag of stuff alot of it is custom made stuff. Im not big on names long as it sounds good.
